To update your credit card information in our database and restart your auto-payments:
Please login to the secure client billing area at:
https://innerplanet.com/whmcs/clientarea.php
Username:
Billing login email: {$client_email}
Password: Please see your welcome email for your billing login password.
If you have lost or misplaced your billing area password, a link is available to reset it here:
https://innerplanet.com/whmcs/pwreset.php
- Once logged in, click on "My Account" near the top right..
- Then scroll down and click "Manage Credit Card Detail" and enter your new information.
*..Or once logged in you see a past due invoice, simply pay any invoice due and this will automatically update your credit card information.
